Ftp was founded in 2024 to solve a recurring problem for job seekers: listings that hide salary ranges, charge placement fees, or lead to dead-end recruiter walls instead of the actual employer.
We index open job listings published directly by employers to their applicant tracking systems — including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and NHS Jobs — and display them here with full salary data and direct application links wherever available. We charge candidates nothing, ever.
Our focus is two employment corridors: the United States (51,306+ active roles) and the United Kingdom (154,240+ active roles), with all salaries disclosed in the employer’s stated USD or GBP.
How It Works
Job listings on Ftp are sourced from publicly accessible employer career portals. Our automated pipeline checks each listing’s validity daily — removing expired positions and updating salary data as employers revise their postings.
- Listings are pulled from ATS feeds (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, NHS Jobs, and others)
- Each posting includes the employer’s stated salary range — we do not estimate or fabricate figures
- Expired listings are removed within 24 hours of the employer’s stated closing date
- Direct apply links route to the employer’s own application page, with no intermediary
